The Exchange Calendar Update Tool enables administrators to avoid the challenges involved with broadly deploying the Outlook tool to all users and ensuring that each user runs the tool correctly. On August 8, 2005, the United States Congress passed and President George W. Bush signed into law the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
