Step 1.
click Start -> Control Panel and open “Add or Remove Programs”

Step 2.
click “Add/Remove Windows Components”

Step 3.
click “Application Server”, and then click “Details”

Step 4.
in “Application Server” window click “Internet Information Services”, and then click “Details”

Step 5.
in “Internet Information Services” window select the check boxes for NNTP Service and SMTP Service and then click OK

Step 6.
click “Next”
