I have Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2003.

But the problem is here: “homeMDB” attribute in Active Directory is empty.
1. Start ADSI Edit.
Expand the following container:
CN=Configuration,DC=<Domain>,DC=<Domain>,DC=<Domain>/Services/Microsoft Exchange/<OrganizationName>/Administrative Groups/Exchange Administrative Group/Servers/<ServerName>
2. Right-click Microsoft System Attendant, and then click Properties.
3. In the Attributes list, locate the homeMDB attribute.
4. Verify that the homeMDB attribute has a value and that it points to a valid mailbox database on the local Exchange server.
5. If the homeMDB attribute is not correct, follow these steps:
a. Close Microsoft System Attendant Properties.
b. In the <ServerName> container, expand Information Store.
c. Click the Storage Group where the valid mailbox database is located.
d. Right-click the mailbox database, and then click Properties.
e. In the Attributes list, click distinguishedName, and then click View.
f. Copy the value of the distinguishedName attribute to the Clipboard.
g. Click Cancel two times.
h. Right-click Microsoft System Attendant, and then click Properties.
i. In the Attributes list, click homeMDB, and then click Edit.
j. In the Value box, paste the value that you copied to the Clipboard.
k. Click OK two times, and then close ADSI Edit.”
